UPCOMING DATA FEATURES

• All PCEM data will be formatted using "Composite" Assemblies instead of "Detailed" Assemblies. This change will dramatically reduce data file sizes and increase performance of the Success and PCEM programs.
  
• The PCEM data will be updated per the CUPB99 English Metric Databases.
  
• Update the Escalation and Area Cost Factor tables.
  
• A model function that displays the net difference between the total Gross Floor Area (GFA) and the total Functional Space Area's (FSA's) of a Building Model.
