Recent changes by Microsoft to the Internet Explorer browser will change the file extenstion of templates when downloading. Please use the following steps:

1. Click the Save option.

2. Change the file extension from .pwX to .pwz

3. Map the location to the .../Success Estimator/Templates directory.
