Full Download Instructions

  

  • Obtain an installation password, if older version(v6.1 or older)

  • Download the file to a temporary folder.

  • Run the downloaded program.
    (i.e. SuccessEstimatorNavy687.exe)

  • Follow the instructions in the setup program.

  • Launch Success Estimator.

  • Follow the instructions for registration.

  • Attach and Email your license file (Success Estimator for the Navy-USMC.ilr) to activation@uscost.com.
