PDF Format
Before you can view any document in the PDF
format you must
download the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader by clicking the "Get
Acrobat® Reader" icon.
To simply view a PDF document, click on the document
link and the Acrobat® Reader will open the document automatically
(this may take some time depending on connection speed and size of the
file).
To download a document, right-click on the document
link and a menu will appear. Select "Save Target As"(Internet
Explorer) or
"Save Link As"(Netscape). Then
save the file to the appropriate directory on your computer.
XLS Format (Excel Spreadsheet)
To simply view an Excel Spreadsheet, click on
the document link and Excel will open the document automatically. To download a document, right-click on the document
link and a menu will appear. Select "Save Target As"(Internet
Explorer) or
"Save Link As"(Netscape). Then
save the file to the appropriate directory on your computer.
